How To Get Started
We’re so glad you found Repose. The first step is to schedule a free virtual consultation with us by clicking the button below.
Once you’ve booked your consultation, you will meet with a member of our Client Care Team who will answer any questions and assist you in our therapist matching process.
Office Locations
Live outside of these locations? Telehealth is available for residents of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut! We also work with ex-pats and those living abroad.
Location Requirements
Repose is able to work with clients who have an address associated with New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut, and international clients.
We are also typically able to work with clients located outside of the United States. (We love working with ex-pats and foreign service workers!)
If you do not meet the location criteria described above, you may not be eligible to work with Repose.

Insurance & Fees
In-network with Aetna of New York and Aetna of Connecticut commercial plans. This also includes those underwritten by Aetna, such as: 1199SEIU, Meritain Health, Foreign Service Benefit Plan Workers, and many more.
In-network with United Healthcare Student Resources which serves Pratt University among others.
In-network with Wellfleet Student which serves these universities: SVA, Sarah Lawrence, Cornell, and others.
In-network with Northwell Direct which serves employees of Northwell Health Hospital Network, JetBlue Airways, Whole Foods Market, Boston Children's Health Physicians, among others.
Repose is considered an "out-of-network provider" with most other insurance plans and our Client Care team can help you determine your out-of-network benefits.
Our self-pay fees typically range from $180 — $325.
We offer limited reduced-rate options subject to availability.
