Her passion for wellness has naturally guided her toward the field of mental health, where she finds deep fulfillment in contributing to others' emotional and psychological well-being. Eileen is especially committed to helping those around her understand the importance of nurturing their mental health; she believes it's key to a balanced and fulfilling life.

Eileen Dundon is the Office Manager at Repose and part of our Client Care Team. She brings over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field, along with a strong background in communications. She is passionate about holistic health and values thoughtful, clear, and compassionate connection, which shows up in how she supports both clients and the wider Repose community. Eileen plays a key role in helping clients navigate every stage of their time at Repose, ensuring the process feels organized, approachable, and supportive from first contact onward. Outside of work, Eileen likes to hike, play with her dogs and cat, read, and travel to new places.
