Overview

What individual therapy at Repose looks like

Individual therapy is time that belongs to you. Your therapist gets to know your history, goals, and nervous system, then draws from approaches such as somatic therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), IFS (Internal Family Systems), and cognitive therapies. Sessions are collaborative and paced with care.

Repose is organized around a philosophy, not a single method. The approach adapts to you, not the other way around.

You start with a free, confidential consultation with our Client Care Team. They learn what you are looking for and match you with a therapist. You can also request a specific clinician.
How long are sessions?
Most individual sessions are weekly or every other week.
How long will I be in therapy?
It is different for everyone. Some people come for a focused goal; others want longer-term support. Your therapist will check in about goals along the way.
