I love working with individuals and couples to gain clarity and insight into their patterns, life stories, and environmental influences. How Charlotte can support you
People often come to Charlotte for support with anxiety, depression, and challenges in their relationships. She also works with perfectionism, grief, and financial anxiety. Many of her clients feel heavy professional pressure, and she offers career counseling as part of her work.
Charlotte hopes therapy becomes a place where you feel safe to be vulnerable. She aims to offer room for rest and clarity, whether you are carrying daily stress, past trauma, or a life transition.
Her approach
Charlotte's approach
Charlotte draws on several approaches and fits them to each person. Narrative therapy looks at the stories we tell about our lives and how they shape us. Existential therapy makes space for questions of meaning and choice. CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) helps you notice and question thoughts and behaviors that are no longer helpful.
She also brings in the body and your inner world. Her work is informed by SE (Somatic Experiencing), which gently attends to how stress is held in the body, and by mindfulness. IFS (Internal Family Systems) helps you get to know different parts of yourself with curiosity. Relational therapy keeps the connection between you and Charlotte at the center, and her training rests on a trauma-informed perspective.
Why Charlotte
Why work with Charlotte
Before moving into mental health, Charlotte worked in corporate settings in fashion and tech in New York and Los Angeles. She understands how professional pressure can creep into everyday life and relationships.
She knows how today's expectations can weigh on people. The gap between real life and the image we feel we should project can affect mental health. It is understandable to end up holding yourself to standards that feel hard to live up to.
Charlotte blends her personal and clinical experience to create a space that feels kind and supportive. There, you can practice giving yourself grace and get curious about beliefs and behaviors that no longer help.
