Working together

How Beenish can support you

People often come to Beenish for support with trauma, grief, and anxiety. She also works with family pressure and intergenerational trauma. Beenish supports people navigating grief or terminal illness. She also helps clients sort through complex family dynamics, including mother wounds.

Beenish hopes clients leave therapy feeling more connected to themselves. She hopes they feel empowered to meet life's challenges and to advocate for their own needs. She also hopes they carry skills and tools that can support lasting change.

Her approach

Beenish's approach

Beenish draws on evidence-based approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She also brings in somatic techniques, which notice how stress and emotion show up in the body.

Attachment theory shapes her work, too. It looks at how early bonds can influence our relationships today. Beenish uses each session to explore a client's own experiences, strengths, and goals, and she shapes the work around them.

Why Beenish

She brings more than 10 years of experience providing trauma-informed care. Her work relies on evidence-based approaches that support meaningful, lasting healing.

Beenish works to create a safe, culturally responsive space. Her focus is helping clients heal from the past and build the self-awareness, resilience, and confidence to meet future challenges.
