Working together

How Brittney can support you

People often come to Brittney for support with generalized anxiety, emotional regulation, and relationships with others. She also works with life transitions, chronic stress, unresolved trauma, and perfectionism. Some clients come for help with executive functioning, such as planning, focus, and follow-through.

Together, Brittney and her clients work to strengthen their sense of self and grow their self-awareness. She hopes therapy helps you build more authentic, meaningful relationships, both with yourself and with others.

Her approach

Brittney's approach

Brittney's work brings together the body, creativity, and conversation. She is trained in DMT (dance/movement therapy) and uses other creative arts therapies, so sessions may include movement or art making. Mindfulness helps ground the work in the present moment.

She also draws on psychodynamic therapy to explore how past experiences shape the present. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a structured approach that may help with processing distressing memories. DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) skills can support emotional regulation, and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) focuses on living in line with your values. A strength-based lens runs through her work, building on what is already going well.

Why Brittney

Why work with Brittney

Brittney believes healing can grow from moments of connection, curiosity, and joy, as well as from processing difficult experiences.

For her, joy is therapeutic. She intentionally makes space for creativity and hope in sessions.

That lighter space sits alongside deeper emotional work. Together, they can support resilience and steady growth over time.
