Being part of a transformation journey with clients is deeply meaningful to me. Through our work together I've seen clients access a wholeness and place of strength and wisdom inside themselves that they didn't know was there.

Working together
How Rachel can support you
People often come to Rachel for support with trauma, including sexual trauma and dissociation. Dissociation can feel like being cut off from your body, your feelings, or your surroundings. She also works with perinatal and maternal mental health, and with life transitions.
Rachel hopes clients build a stronger inner connection between the Self and their parts. In IFS (Internal Family Systems), the Self is the calm, curious core within each person. She also hopes clients come to understand their relationship dynamics and feel a growing sense of inner wholeness.
Her approach
Rachel's approach
Rachel's work is centered on IFS. This approach sees the mind as made up of different parts, each trying to help in its own way. IFS invites you to meet those parts with curiosity, from the steady place within called the Self.
She also uses EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a structured approach that may help with processing distressing memories. Mindfulness supports both, helping you notice what is happening inside with less judgment.
Why Rachel
Why work with Rachel
Rachel has deep experience with the IFS process. She focuses on helping clients develop a close inner connection between the Self and their parts.
She holds a non-pathologizing view of symptoms. That means she does not treat them as proof that something is wrong with you.
Curiosity guides her work. Rachel approaches each client, and each part, with genuine interest.
