Working together
How Olivia can support you
People often come to Olivia for support with adoption-related experiences, identity development, and relationship concerns. She also works with trauma and PTSD, anxiety, climate anxiety, and existential anxiety. College adjustment, couples concerns, perinatal and postpartum concerns, grief and loss, life transitions, and racial identity development are part of her work too.
Olivia hopes clients leave therapy feeling more grounded and connected in their relationships and daily lives. Together, you can grow your self-awareness and your ability to notice and understand your inner experience. Olivia also supports a stronger mind-body connection through embodiment, a felt sense of being present in your body. Along the way, you build skills to meet challenges and create meaningful change.
