One of the most meaningful ventures in life is the process of self-understanding. I hope to be a small piece in clients' journey towards just that.

Working together
How Gabi can support you
People often come to Gabi to explore attachment and identity. She offers affirming care for LGBTQ+ clients. She also works with existential questions, like meaning and how to live, and with challenges in relationships with others.
Gabi hopes clients come to feel more connected to themselves and their emotions. She hopes they grow more confident in their ability to change and to meet life's challenges. In time, she hopes you can trust your own wisdom and lead yourself where you need to go.
Her approach
Gabi's approach
Gabi draws on person-centered, psychodynamic, and relational therapy. Person-centered therapy treats you as the expert on your own life. Psychodynamic therapy looks at how past experiences and patterns may shape the present. Relational therapy pays close attention to how you connect with others, including with your therapist.
These approaches share a common thread: the relationship comes first. Gabi works to build a connection that feels safe and real. Within it, you can explore your inner world at your own pace.
Why Gabi
Why work with Gabi
Gabi brings both clinical and personal understanding to her work with LGBTQ+ clients. As a member of the queer community herself, she has insight into the unique experiences of LGBTQ+ culture.
Before her clinical work, Gabi spent five years in social and cognitive psychology research, studying identity. That background shapes the care and curiosity she brings to questions of who we are.
Gabi has a particular interest in attachment. She has found it comes up with every client in some way. Humans are social creatures, and we long to feel secure in our relationships.
