“The time is always right to reclaim your narrative”

I believe that everyone has an important story to tell and that the complexity of these stories is what makes us unique. My goal is to work with you to understand those complexities and find the strengths to navigate your everyday life.

Having the self-awareness and tenacity to understand when you need support is something to celebrate, and I want to meet you on that journey and help guide you through discovery. I received my graduate degree from the Rutgers University School of Social Work. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults facing anxiety, depression, interpersonal problems, trouble with self-acceptance and other everyday challenges.

I utilize a cognitive-behavioral and strengths-based approach, emphasizing the importance of the mind-body connection. Everyone’s struggles and life experiences are different, and my approach caters to those diverse events. I do not believe that one method works for everyone, and I want therapy to be a collaborative process.

Life throws us many curveballs that we cannot control. What we can control is the way we react to these events. I want to help you find the inner strength to work through these barriers and get to a place of confidence and peace.
