“When we let ourselves in, returning to our curious and courageous inner knowing is possible.”

HEALING COMES FROM WITHIN. In each of us, there is a curious and courageous inner knowing that may be dampened by external circumstances, structures, systems, and beliefs. We all have the capacity for introspection, healing, and growth; sometimes it takes a helping hand to remind us of our innate wisdom and inherent power. My hope is that our work together will invite you to return home to yourself, unwinding emotional holding patterns and fear-based stories that no longer serve you.

THERAPY HELPS GUIDE YOU from where you are to where you want to go. My approach integrates many techniques – from movement and mindfulness practices to strengths-based and compassion-focused therapies – and my belief is that there are many ways in. Together, and with your lead, we will discover what moves you.

PLEASURE, PLAY, AND JOY are essential elements to tap into. This work is difficult and will require you to challenge yourself deeply; where can we soften and make space for joy? Our time together will encourage you to explore the full spectrum of emotion – reconnecting you to your joy, your intuitive sense of play, and to yourself.
