What is your heart’s most authentic longing? What is really real for you? What is your truth? Motivated by a yearning for our hopes and dreams, in one way or another we are all doing the best we can with what we have experienced and learned up to this point to rise to the occasion of each day. How can we practice being more completely present with optimal peace and joy in the moments that make up the days of this life? How can we truly heal as wholly as possible from the hardships we have encountered? How can we incorporate what has been, become more inspired by what is, and seek with humility and humor to believe that we all do what we can in each moment, and also that everyone absolutely can learn, grow, and do better next time? How can we include lighthearted goodwill and kindness about as much of this imperfect process as possible?
Asking sincere questions liberates deeper awareness and fulfillment in each moment. Inquiry can be done solo, and it is beneficially clarifying to do together. Declaring truths with a receptive and accepting witness creates release and opens up space for greater insight and creative potential. Integrating what is, celebrating victories with deliberate gratitude, is more real and constructive when done in collaboration. Teaching and learning in union, with an intention to harmonize mind, body, heart, and spirit, supports self-discovery, strengthens inner wisdom, and buoys a sense of balance in the dynamic and whole person that each of us uniquely is.
I am here to build trust and accompany as you recognize what is true for you, and to offer care, reflection, perspective, and encouragement for what is to become.
