Start at Bedford Post Inn on Old Post Road in Bedford and head south on NY-22.
After about half a mile, turn right onto NY-117 South (Bedford Road) toward Mount Kisco and Pleasantville.
Follow NY-117 for roughly 10 miles.
As NY-117 enters Pleasantville, it becomes Bedford Road and soon veers right onto Manville Road.
Just ahead you will pass the Jacob Burns Film Center on your right.
Continue on Manville Road, cross the Metro-North tracks at Memorial Plaza, and keep straight for one more block.
Arrive at 351 Manville Rd, Suite 109, on the left just beyond the intersection with Pleasantville Road.
